NEARil strictly prohibits and has a zero-tolerance policy for all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Prohibited Conduct: Any content, conduct, or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children.
  • Child Grooming: Establishing a relationship with a child with the intent to facilitate sexual exploitation.
  • Sextortion: Coercing or blackmailing a child into sharing sexually explicit material.
  • Sexualization of a Minor: Content that depicts, encourages, or promotes the sexual abuse of children.
  • CSAM: The creation, promotion, distribution, or linking to Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

2. Mandatory In-App Feedback/Reporting Mechanism

We rely on our users to help us maintain a safe community. NEARil provides an easily accessible, in-app mechanism for users to submit feedback, concerns, or reports regarding inappropriate content or conduct, including potential CSAE violations.

  • To Report: Users can report content directly by [e.g., tapping the "..." menu next to a user/post, or by visiting the "Help & Support" section in the app settings].
  • Action: All reports are treated with the highest priority and are reviewed promptly by our dedicated safety team.

3. Policy on Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

NEARil takes appropriate, decisive action upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM on our platform, in accordance with our published standards and relevant laws.

  • Immediate Removal: Any confirmed CSAM content is immediately and permanently removed from our platform.
  • Account Termination: The user account associated with the CSAM content is immediately and permanently suspended or terminated.
  • Reporting: We are committed to reporting confirmed cases of CSAM to the relevant law enforcement authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or equivalent regional authorities.

4. Compliance with Child Safety Laws

We affirm that NEARil and its parent company, **Zenrise online services Private Limited**, comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations in the territories where we operate.

5. Enforcement and Consequences

Any user found to be in violation of this Child Safety Standards Policy will face immediate and permanent sanctions, including:

  • Immediate and permanent termination of the user's account.
  • Permanent deletion of all violating content.
  • Full cooperation with law enforcement agencies in their investigations.

We have designated a specific point of contact to receive and respond to notifications regarding CSAE content from Google Play and other platforms, and to liaise with law enforcement.
